We're delighted to introduce Smart AI Reservation Assignment for multi-unit listings. This feature helps you maximize occupancy and reduce manual work to optimize multi-unit reservations.

What's new:

  • Maximizes occupancy by intelligently shuffling reservations across sub-units to create longer, consecutive booking slots.

  • Prevents lost bookings by helping you accept more direct bookings and reducing rejections caused by fragmented availability.

  • Saves time by automating calendar adjustments, so you spend less time manually moving reservations.

How It Works

  • When Smart AI Reservation Assignment is enabled in your listing settings, the system analyzes your calendar every time a new booking comes in.

  • If needed, it may re-assign existing unlocked reservations to optimize your schedule.

  • You can configure how close to check-in a reservation can be moved, such as only allowing changes up to 5 hours before check-in.

  • You can also "lock" any reservation to a specific unit if you do not want it moved.
