Set Rules for Gap Nights

By popular request, we're excited to announce the launch of the latest occupancy-boosting feature - Gap Night Settings.

Gap Nights lets you set rules where your minimum night threshold automatically reduces as the reservation date approaches, making it more appealing for guests to book up the empty days on your calendar.

Once activated, Hostaway will dynamically update your minimum night rules based on your settings for:

• Smallest allowed gap: the smallest amount of nights in a reservation you're willing to accept

• Days until reservation: How many days out from the reservation should the Gap Night rules apply?

Stop leaving empty nights on the calendar. You can find this new feature in the Booking Settings tab on the Listing Edit page.
