Guest Billing Details: Collect Compliant Invoice Info Directly from Guests

We're launched a dedicated, per-reservation page that collects the buyer information invoices require — legal name, address, and Tax ID. Guests fill it in themselves from the Guest Portal, and hosts can view and edit it anytime. It powers all guest invoicing: standard invoicing (global) and e-invoices (Spain, Italy, and soon France).

What's New:

  • Dedicated "Your details" page: Each reservation gets its own URL with mandatory billing fields that adapt per country.

  • Guest Portal integration: A "Your details" section shows a completed state when info is present, or a banner prompting the guest to add what's missing.

  • Host control: View and edit billing details on the reservation, and copy the collection link to send directly to the guest.

Why This Matters:

  • Compliant invoicing at scale: reliable buyer info unlocks compliant invoicing in any market, including Spain, Italy, and soon France.

  • No more chasing missing details or redoing rejected invoices: guests supply the right data themselves and it flows straight onto the invoice.

  • Handles payer ≠ guest: when the payer isn't the person on the booking (e.g. a company), billing details are captured correctly instead of copied from the reservation.
