Owner Statements are Now More Intuitive and Easier to use

We made big improvements to owner statements in 2025 from your feedback.

Here is what’s new:

Easier Owner Statement Creation: We are moving away from the default owner statement process that many found challenging to find and assign owners. A new pre-step is added to allow you to quickly generate the owner statement, assign an owner, and auto-assign listings based on the selected owner.
Automated Monthly Owner Statements: Save time by setting up auto-statements, so you don’t need to create a new owner statement from scratch each time. An option is added to create auto-statements from a saved template that you previously generated.
More Flexible User Permissions to View Owner Statements: Non-admin users no longer need to be marked as owners to access owner statements. Relevant users, such as accountants and assistants, will have access to view owner statements, allowing them to filter data according to their roles and needs.
