New Feedback Survey Added to the Guest Portal

A new survey has been integrated into the Guest Portal so Hostaway can collect feedback directly from guests, identifying ways to improve our Guest Portal and improve your guests' experience.

Note:

1. The survey link is only displayed for finalized reservations, so as not to impact your guest conversion rates

2. Guests can close the survey request at any time using the "X"

3. If you have any concerns, let us know, and we will turn it off for your portal
