More of your Booking.com listing now syncs from Hostaway

Four new updates are now live, bringing more of your Booking.com listing setup into Hostaway. They build on our earlier content sync release for photos, descriptions, and amenities. Together, they let you manage your Booking.com listings end-to-end, without leaving Hostaway for the extranet.

What you can now control from Hostaway:

• Rate plan management: Create, edit, and assign Booking.com rate plans directly in Hostaway, including markup, cancellation policy, minimum and maximum stay, and booking window. Changes are pushed to Booking.com automatically, so manual re-syncs don't get forgotten. Listings can now have multiple offerings, such as refundable, non-refundable, or breakfast included.
• Property and policy management: Property details, children and occupancy policies, house, stay, and damage rules, booking, payment, and status settings, and owner, contacts, and invoicing are now regular listing fields. They push to Booking.com on save and export.
• Contracting: Connect a Booking.com account and get a Legal Entity ID inside Hostaway, with no external setup.
• Licenses: Enter, submit, and track the licence information regulated locations require, all from the listing's License info tab.

• Less manual work in the Booking.com extranet
• No more forgotten re-syncs when rate plans change
• Faster onboarding with contracting and licences handled in Hostaway
• Rates, policies, and property details stay consistent across channels.
