We're excited to bring you the latest updates to the Hostaway mobile app. This release brings pending inquiries into your calendar, lets you manage listing descriptions on the go, and adds faster bulk pricing tools, all designed to give property managers more visibility and control from the field.

What's new:

  • Increases visibility by surfacing pending guest inquiries directly in your calendar as yellow bars alongside confirmed reservations.

  • Improves clarity with lock icons on dates that have check-in/check-out restrictions, giving you an instant at-a-glance view of your availability rules.

  • Saves time with percentage-based bulk pricing, letting you adjust rates across date ranges directly from the Manage Dates panel.

  • Empowers on-the-go management by letting you view and edit listing descriptions per channel, so you always know what guests are seeing on each platform.

  • Streamlines guest communication with improved contact options on reservation cards for faster guest outreach.

How It Works

  • Inquiries in Calendar: Tap the filter icon → View Options → toggle on Inquiries.

  • Bulk Percentage Pricing: Open the Manage Dates panel → select your date range → apply a percentage-based price adjustment.

  • Listing Descriptions: Navigate to any listing → tap a channel icon to view or edit its description.
