Guest Portal: Shorter Links for a Better Guest Experience

We've heard this feedback loud and clear: long links look messy when shared with guests via SMS, WhatsApp, or email templates. So we've made them shorter and cleaner.

What's new:

  • Cleaner guest-facing links: all guest portal URLs (guest portal, rental agreement, review, check-in, rental agreement download) now use a compact 8-character key instead of the previous 64-character one.

How It Works

  • No action needed on your end, all newly generated guest-facing links will automatically use the shorter format.

  • Fully backward compatible: previously generated links with the old longer format will continue to work as before.

This is the first of many improvements coming to the guest portal. Stay tuned!
