Financial Reporting for Multi-Units

We're introducing multi-unit support in financial reporting, giving you more granular financial control over your properties. This feature enables detailed reporting, expense tracking, and owner statements at the sub-unit level.

What's new:

  • Sub-Unit Reporting: You can now filter financial data and occupancy metrics for individual sub-units directly within the platform.

  • Track Expenses & Extras: Assign and track expenses and extras at the sub-unit level for precise financial management.

  • Accurate Owner Statements: Generate owner statements, manually or automatically, that reflect the exact revenue and expenses for each sub-unit.

  • Specific Owner Assignment: Assign different owners to individual sub-units within a multi-unit property.

How It Works

  1. Navigate to the Financial Reporting section in your Hostaway dashboard.

  2. Use the new "Listing" filter to select whether you want to view a report for the main multi-unit or a specific sub-unit.

  3. Generate your report to see the detailed financial data for your selected property level.

This update gives you the detailed financial clarity you need for multi-units. You can narrow down the performance of each unit to optimize your revenue without complicated workarounds. For more details, check out our USER GUIDE.
