Invoices for All Your OTA Channels - Including Airbnb

Invoices for all OTA channels.png

You can now generate invoices for reservations from all your OTA channels, with Airbnb as the headline addition.

What's New:

  • New "Channels" tab in your invoice configuration: Choose exactly which channels generate invoices for your reservations, with a checkbox per channel (Airbnb, Booking.com, Booking Engine, Google, Hostaway Direct, Expedia, Vrbo, WordPress, Marriott, Partner) and handy select-all / unselect-all.

  • Opt-in and fully editable: You decide which channels to cover and can change your selection at any time — Hostaway gives you the option, you own the obligation call.

  • Works just like direct reservations: Bookings on your selected channels generate draft invoices the same way direct reservations do today, and stay editable until you close them.

  • Full reservation amount shown: Each invoice reflects the complete reservation total.

  • Available for all markets: Compliant e-invoices are supported in Spain (Verifactu), Italy (SDI), and France (PPF), with standard invoicing available for hosts everywhere else, globally.

Why This Matters:

  • Complete invoice coverage: The missing piece was specifically Airbnb — now you can cover it and invoice virtually every reservation without leaving Hostaway.

  • Stay compliant with less manual work: No more invoicing your Airbnb bookings by hand in markets where a proper invoice is legally required.

  • Flexibility built in: Ticking or unticking a channel is your safety valve if you ever hit an edge case on a specific OTA.

OTA data doesn't always arrive invoice-ready — VAT is sometimes missing or inconsistently applied on the channel side. When that happens, any line item missing VAT is flagged, and you can decide directly on the invoice preview how to handle it before closing.
