Exclude Specific Reservations from Owner Statements

We have introduced an enhancement in the Rental Activity section of Owner Statements to provide more accurate financial reporting. Before, any reservations matching the filters were included in owner statements and it could not be hidden.

Now, certain reservations can be excluded in specific situations, such as

• when they do not represent income due to a full refund

• a cancellation

• when the origin of the reservation requires exclusion from the property manager's or owner's payout.

To address this issue, we added a new option to hide reservations, similar to how we handle expenses and extras. When a reservation is excluded its values are no longer considered, and the reservation is not shown in the owner statement.
