Enroll Listings In Airbnb's 20% New Listing Promotion From Hostaway

When adding a new listing to Airbnb, Airbnb recommends adding a 20% discount for the first 3 reservations to drive demand, citing that hosts that do so will get their new listings booked in 20% less time.

Before, to use this discount feature, users would have to create their new listings in Airbnb, then import their listing to Hostaway.

Now, you can do this all directly in the Hostaway Dashboard!

How it works

  1. Go to the Channel Manager module in the Hostaway Dashboard

  2. Select the "Channels" tab at the top right

  3. Beside Airbnb, select "Configure"

  4. Hit "Export Listings", then confirm the listing(s) you wish to export to Airbnb

  5. In the pop-up (shown above), check the box "Add this listing ot the New listing promotion".

  6. Confirm, and you're done!

It’s also possible to include the listing in the promotion directly from Airbnb’s dashboard if the listing was created before we enabled this feature (as long as you have less than 3 reservations on this channel)
