Email Owner Statements

Owner statements can now be emailed directly from Hostaway once they’ve been generated and published.

What’s new:

• Send statements instantly from Hostaway: Email owner statements without needing to export files or switch to a separate email tool.

• Automated distribution: Automatically email statements to owners as soon as they are generated and published.

• Batch emailing: Select multiple statements and send them in just a few clicks, making it faster to manage owner statements at scale.

• Custom templates and dynamic fields: Personalize your emails with reusable templates and automatically populated statement details.

• Scheduled delivery and two-way communication: Owners receive their statements directly in their inbox based on the schedule you set and can reply directly to the statement emails.

• Complete end-to-end workflow: You can now manage the full owner statement process inside Hostaway without switching to other email tools.

• Saves time: Sending owner statements no longer requires a manual export and email workflow.

• Keeps everything in one place: You can send statements directly from Hostaway instead of moving between platforms.

How it works:

To email an owner statement, select the statement you want to send, click Download, and choose the new Email option. From there, you can personalize the message, preview the email, and click send. For more details on emailing owner statements, check out our user guide.
