We have two new Airbnb specific discounts, helping you attract higher-quality bookings, drive higher conversion rates, and manage your discounts directly within Hostaway.

To make it easier to use, we’ve also added a bulk-editing support so you can apply these discounts across your entire portfolio in a few clicks.

What's New:

  • Top rated guests: Offer a 15% discount targeted specifically to reliable guests who have a rating of 4.8+ and more than 3 reviews on Airbnb.

  • Mobile only: Target mobile bookers by offering a 10% discount exclusively for guests booking via the Airbnb mobile app.

  • Bulk-editing support: Apply either or both of these discounts across all your listings without doing it one by one.

How It Works:

  • To find the Airbnb discounts, go to your listing edit page and select the Channel Specific tab.

  • Scroll to the Airbnb discounts section and check off either or both the top rated guests or mobile only discounts.

  • To apply these in bulk, click the copy icon next to Channel specific headline and copy the settings to other listings.
