Customize your Monthly Discount Threshold for Hostaway Channels

Incentivizing longer term stays with discounts is a tried and tested way of increasing occupancy and total revenue for your listings.

However, until now, monthly discounts on your direct booking channels were fixed to start at stays of 30 days or longer.

There are some situations where hosts may want to reduce that 30 day threshold, for example to align with Airbnb's 28 day threshold, or to align with shorter/longer months.

With this new feature, you have the flexibility to adjust your monthly discount on all Hostaway channels (Direct Booking site, Widget, Engine, and Google vacation Rentals) to whatever minimum night threshold you need.

How it works

  1. in Listings, go to "the Price & fees" tab

  2. If you don't have a monthly discount, click "+ Add discount", or to edit an existing one, hit the gear settings icon next to your Monthly discount.

  3. Update your Minimum days, and select "Update".
