🇫🇷 Collect Guest Data for France Authorities

In France, all foreign guests, including citizens of EU, must be registered upon arrival. This data must be saved for 6 months in the event that French authorities request it.

Property managers need to collect:

  • Name, Last name, date and place of birth, nationality, address, mobile and email, and check-in/check-out timing.

  • Guest signature.

How it Works

For listings located in France

  1. Go to: Listing > Edit > Guest Portal

  2. Select the checkbox "Collect foreign guest details to support compliance with French law". This will make sure all required fields are displayed and mandatory. Guests will also now have the ability to add/remove additional guests.

This guest data will be saved and available on the Hostaway Dashboard in Reservations > Download guest data.
