We're excited to launch our new native integration with SES Hospedajes, the mandatory government platform for registering short-term rentals in Spain. This feature automates the submission of required reservation and guest data directly from Hostaway, ensuring you stay compliant while saving valuable time.

How it Works:

Connect your Hostaway account to the SES Hospedajes platform to automate the entire registration process. Our integration eliminates manual data entry and helps you avoid costly fines for non-compliance.

Getting Started:

  1. Prerequisites: You'll need an active Hostaway account, your SES Hospedajes credentials, and listings in a Spanish territory where reporting is mandatory (currently excludes Basque Country and Catalunya).

  2. Configuration: Navigate to Settings > SES Hospedajes in your dashboard to connect your listings.

  3. Automatic Data Collection: Once configured, the Guest Portal will automatically require all mandatory fields from guests for SES Hospedajes reporting.

Please Note: The integration applies to new reservations only and does not work retroactively. Only account admins can manage this setting.
