AI CoHost: Reserve Owner Stays & Direct Bookings, Better Portfolio Answers, and Smarter Inbox Counts
AI CoHost can now prepare direct bookings and owner stays for your approval. It also delivers more complete answers across groups of properties and more accurate inbox results.
What's New:
- Create Direct Bookings and Owner Stays: Ask CoHost to add a direct booking from a phone call or repeat guest, or schedule an owner stay. CoHost creates a review card with the property, stay dates, guest count, and guest contact details, all of which you can edit before approval. Nothing is created until you approve.
- Direct Booking Quotes & Calculations: For direct bookings, Hostaway calculates the total from the property's calendar rates, fees, and taxes. You can also provide a base rate for the full stay, and Hostaway adds applicable taxes and fees.
- Draft Up to Three Guest Messages at Once: CoHost can now prepare up to three guest message drafts in a single request.
- More Accurate Answers Across Your Portfolio and Inbox
- Ask about properties by tag, city, or phrase such as “my beachfront listings,” and CoHost now considers every matching property without asking you to choose one first.
- CoHost now reports exact listing counts for large portfolios, identifies when archived listings cannot be determined, and clarifies when a breakdown, such as bedrooms, covers only part of your portfolio.
- CoHost will not create a booking if the requested dates overlap an existing reservation, and will identify the reservation causing the conflict.
- Message and conversation counts now retain the filters in your request, including guest-only messages, and conversations that need a reply exclude snoozed ones.
