Over the past month, we've shipped a wave of improvements to make CoHost even more knowledgeable, accurate, and reliable. Here are the highlights.
CoHost reads more of your reservation details. It can now answer questions it used to skip or get wrong, including:
Per-booking fees and commissions, like: cleaning fees, taxes, and channe commissions (ASK: "What's the cleaning fee on my next arrival?")
Where your guests come from, using the country on the reservation or, when that's missing, inferring it from the guest's phone number and clearly flagging it as a guess
Reservations organized by the date a booking was made, not just the stay dates
Reservations grouped by a listing's city or country, making it easy to spot listings with no bookings in a period (ASK: "Which of my listings had no bookings in June?")
Guest names, number of infants in a party, and whether a listing is active
You can now ask directly about what guests have paid (ASK: "Which of this month's reservations are only partly paid?").
Per-booking cleaning fees and extra-person fees return real amounts, and cancelled bookings are analyzed properly with refunds subtracted.
Booking Engine bookings are no longer grouped with Booking.com.
Airbnb's two channel types are combined under a single "Airbnb," so "revenue by channel" reads the way you'd expect.
You can reliably filter reviews by channel (ASK: "how does my Airbnb rating compare to Booking.com?").
CoHost keeps working even if you leave the chat.
"Ask CoHost" button is available from the inbox for everyone with access.
Guest links now open the relevant conversation thread..
P.S. Have you tried CoHost yet? It's free to use, and pre-loaded with a bunch of popular questions to ask.
