Add Precise 0.1% Markups for Airbnb Reservations

On October 27, Airbnb is switching from a split-fee structure (3% host fee, 14-16.5% guest fee) to a single, 15.5% fee charged to all hosts.

To support this change, we've added the ability to add markups with decimal place precision.

Switching Fee Structures & Adding Markups

To compensate for these changes and maintain revenue on Airbnb bookings, hosts who have not switched yet must:

1. Add a 15.5% markup on their Airbnb listings in Hostaway

1. Switch to "Single fee" in Airbnb
