Access to Host Notes Added in Permissions

We've added the ability for admins to allow or disallow access to host notes across the platform. This feature was added specifically for property managers who want more control over permissions.

Users can now easily gain access to host notes by simply selecting the checkbox in access permissions. This change will only apply to newly created users.
