June 10th - New notification for Failed Guest Charges

Don't miss another payment due to a problem with a guest credit card whith our new notification for failed guest charges. This notification works with Booking Engine, Direct Reservations, and with any channel that doesn't handle payments for you. It also works with our Guest Invoicing and Auto Charges features.

This notification setting is available for Hostaway account owners, and users that have access to financial data. You can choose to receive it as a mobile app push notification, desktop or email notification. In the email notification (for space reasons) we provide more specific information, including the reason that caused the charge to fail.
